Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By opening Pink AI or creating an account you agree to these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using the service.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Accounts failing this requirement are terminated without refund.
3. What Pink AI provides. Pink AI offers access to fictional companion characters for conversational entertainment. It is not a dating service and does not connect you with real individuals.
4. Fictional characters. Every companion is an invented character. Names, biographies, photographs and personalities are illustrative and do not depict real people or real events.
5. Not professional advice. Nothing said by a companion is medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for any decision of consequence.
6. Emergencies. Pink AI cannot help in a crisis. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.
7. Account registration. You agree to provide accurate details, keep your credentials confidential and remain responsible for everything done through your account.
8. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold, transferred or operated on behalf of another person.
9. Acceptable use. You may not use Pink AI to harass others, to attempt to generate unlawful material, to impersonate any person, or to break any applicable law.
10. Prohibited content. Any attempt to steer a companion toward content involving minors, non-consent, or real identifiable individuals results in immediate and permanent termination.
11. No scraping or automation. Automated collection, bulk downloading, reverse engineering or interference with the service is prohibited without our written permission.
12. Security testing. Probing, scanning or stress-testing our infrastructure is not permitted. Responsible disclosure of a genuine vulnerability is welcome and will not be penalised.
13. Intellectual property. Companion characters, artwork, written material, the Pink AI name and the design of this website remain our property or that of our licensors.
14. Your licence. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Pink AI for your own private entertainment.
15. Your content. You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.
16. Free plan. Free access may be limited, changed or withdrawn at any time. Features available at no cost carry no guarantee of continuity.
17. Paid plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the price displayed at checkout, which includes any taxes shown at the point of purchase.
18. Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
19. Refunds. Where required by consumer law you may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase. Outside that window payments for elapsed periods are non-refundable.
20. Price changes. We may adjust prices with at least thirty days' notice. Continuing after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
21. Chargebacks. Raising a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to suspension while the dispute is investigated.
22. Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and events beyond our control may interrupt access.
23. Changes to the service. Companions, features and interface elements may be added, revised or retired as the service develops.
24. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other users or exposes us to legal risk, with notice where practicable.
25. Your right to leave. You can close your account at any time from your settings. Closure deletes your conversations in line with our Privacy Policy.
26. Disclaimer of warranties. Pink AI is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
27. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
28. Indemnity. You agree to hold us harmless against claims arising from your misuse of Pink AI or your breach of these terms.
29. Third-party services. Payment processors and other integrated providers operate under their own terms, which apply alongside these.
30. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of our place of establishment, and the parties will attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.
31. Severability and updates. If a clause is unenforceable the remainder stands. Updates are published on this page with a revised date, and continued use signals acceptance.
